Three police detectives were among the 13 people injured in a bomb attack in the Colombian city of Pasto on Wednesday afternoon.
The bomb exploded near the local office of the Administrative Department of Security (DAS) of the department of Nariño, near the Ecuadorean border.
All those injured in the bombing are in local hospitals, with none in critical condition.
As of this writing, two men and a woman, apprehended almost immediately after the attack occurred, are in custody as suspects in the attack.
The explosion also caused damage to about fifteen apartments close to the DAS office.
National DAS director Felipe Muñoz Gomez said that citizens of Pasto should go about their normal business tomorrow, and that the DAS office would resume its normal business schedule on Thursday.
The attack marks the second time this week that the department of Nariño has been hit by terrorist violence. Early on Tuesday morning, an attack allegedly coordinated by FARC and the ELN left six police officers dead in the rural area of Samaniego.
