The Dish: NOT MASHED POTATOES
Serves: Preparación para 6 personas
Preparation Time / Tiempo de Preparación: 120 minutos
INGREDIENTS / INGREDIENTES:
- 2 coliflores
PREPARATION / PREPARACIÓN:
Se cocinan los coliflores hasta que estén blandos. Luego, retirarlos y ponerles los demás ingredientes excepto el queso. Mezclar con batidora por 15 minutos y ponerlo en una refractaria cubriéndola con queso cheddar. Ponerla al horno por media hora a fuego bajo. Servir.
