The Dish: PUERTO RICAN STYLE PASTA SALAD
Serves: Preparación para 6 personas
Preparation Time / Tiempo de Preparación: 15 minutos
INGREDIENTS / INGREDIENTES:
- 1 paquete de pasta de coditos
- 1/2 cebolla picada
- 1 taza de pimentón rojo picado
- 5 huevos
- 1 cucharada de vinagre
- 1 cucharadita sal
- 1 cucharadita de pimienta
PREPARATION / PREPARACIÓN:
Se cocinan los coditos por diez minutos, se les saca el agua, se ponen en una taza de plástico y se le agregan los ingredientes. Dejar enfriar y servir.
